The siege of Penobscot by the rebels [electronic resource] : containing a journal of the proceedings of His Majesty's forces detached from the 74th and 82d Regiments, consisting of about 700 Rank and File, under the command of Brigadier-General Francis M`lean, and of Three of His Majesty's sloops of war, of 16 Guns each, under the Command of Captain Henry Mowat, Senior Officer; when besieged by Three Thousand Three Hundred (rebel) Land Forces, under the Command of Brigadier-General Solomon Lovell, and Seventeen Rebel Ships and Vessels of War, under the Command of G.
