P. plaintiff, and Dive Jones, Esq. Captain in the 54th Regiment of Foot, defendant, for crim. con. with Esther Frances Tighe, otherwise Wade, the wife of said Robert Tighe. When a verdict was found for - 10,000 damages. Taken in short hand by a gentleman concerned in the svit.
