As also, the practice of the courts in the City of London, Court of Admiralty, Ecclesiastical Courts, and other Inferior Courts in the Country. With the exact table of fees of all the said courts at Westminster as they were delivered into the House of Commons, with the abstract of the Parchment and Paper-Act by Order of the Queen and Council.

Running title: 'The compleat attorney and solicitor.' - 'An abstract of the act' and 'An exact table of fees' have separate title-pages, pagination, and registers; 'An abstract' has imprint: printed by Charles Bill, and the executrix of Tho. Newcomb: and sold by J. Walthoe, 1702; 'An exact table' is "The fifth edition, with additions".
